Words From Our Guests

The 4* hotel has a great location. 2 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle (Walking Street), but in a totally quiet location. And one of the quietest hotels in AG. Early returnees in a cheerful, loud mood or slamming room doors are not noticed in the rooms. The security and friendly front desk staff also ensure a pleasant and safe stay.
The hotel also leaves nothing to be desired for business travelers; perfectly designed rooms with good internet structure (cable and Wi-Fi, lots of power sockets, etc.), comfortable mattresses, relaxation on the roof terrace with pool.

I stayed at this hotel late last year in November for 20 nights after researching and looking at many hotels online.
The Queens hotel seemed the best and most suitable for my price range and needs.
The good: The location, staff and service were very good. All staff were very friendly. Anything I needed, they were able to help, including give me change when I needed
The doormen were very nice and very helpful, always smiling and going out of their way to provide service and security.
Any time maintenance was needed for anything, it was immediate and 24 hour on call for anything.
My room was balcony executive, which is the best and most expensive room on offer. Large, spacious room with a very comfortable king size bed and a very large sunny balcony, including a large adjustable sun lounge chair and outdoor chairs and table overlooking a fantastic pool. I really liked that. Great!

Nice hotel in city center at good price. when i arrived saw it was in the party area i thought that it would be noisy at night but actually either because it is a bit of fmain room or it has good sound proofing i didn’t hear anything.
My only gripe is that there are various don’t do or you will be fined notices around the room. this gives a bad feeling- eg losing or damaging key card-

Spent 3 night here as a landing point to relax. Staff were all great from reception, bellhops, pool guy, and front door security. My room was clean and bed was comfortable. 2 complimentary bottles of water and a fully stocked fridge and snack area for convenience. Reception staff are really great at calling your room when your friends leave make sure no issues. Lots of bars, restaurants, and shops within 5 min walk as well as a 7/11. Pool area was nice, can order drinks to the bar overlooking the pool. The steak house in the restaurant apparently was good, tho I didn’t try. Gym on the 5th floor was decent as well.

Queens is a bit more expensive than other local hotels but well worth the price. Staff are outstanding; location is prime; rooms are exceptional. There is a house restaurant and a swimming pool on the property.
And it’s nice to see that The Living Room is finally open. It had been closed since the pandemic. The Living Room has a game room with a billiard table, dart board, chess and beer pong(?). Yes, Beer Pong. The dart board is a bit worn and there were only 2 working darts. The pool cues could use a little service but there were six serviceable cues. The billiard table was clean, level and in good shape. There are several big-screen TVs for watching sporting events. There is a large balcony area for smokers and a full service bar apart from the game room. Food is available from their in-house restaurant.

Throughout the process of reservation I was updated reqularly and my special request were seen to ( I am physically challenged ). Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by all including the person entrusted with my luggage. Check-In was smooth and quick and I took advantage of the cash discount.
My room 501 was spotless and very functional with a fully stocked and switched on cool fridge.
Throughout my stay my room was cleaned reqularly and never once did I have to ask for anything they may have forgotten like towels etc.
I enjoyed the balcony for reading purposes.

We stayed in the Queens hotel with our 4 friends, we took the Executive balcony room. The rooms were good, also the staff were very friendly. The best part is the location, which is right in the middle of the Fields ave st. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Only down side was the shower water flow pressure is low and hot water is not hot, but luke warm.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. The staff are very kind and accommodating. My original room, the a/c was not getting cold. Maintenance personnel reset the unit 3 times, finally after the unit shut down displaying error code C2, I requested to change rooms, the staff immediately verified the new room a/c was working before moving me. The next day, the hotel recharged the a/c units and the room was very cold. The pool is beautiful, and the water is cool and refreshing. The food is delicious. The hotel has all the amenities which makes for a great place to stay.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay here at Queens Hotel in Angeles City! The rooms were clean and larger than we expected for the price. I love the location because its a short walk (one block) to all of the bars and night clubs on walking street (red street now) and close to a really good Korean Restaurant across the street. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool unfortunately. The staff ALWAYS smiled and greeted us, no matter what time of day, and they really look like they enjoy their job. The food from the restaurant was good but a little over priced. They have a beautiful bar on the roof with plenty of TVs, a pool area and a wrap around balcony where you can see the whole area, and the drinks were good. We definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again!

Moderation feels good. The price is moderate, there are pools, and it’s a hotel that is quite clean and comfortable for Japanese people. Surprisingly, there aren’t many hotels like this in the Philippines. I always find it very useful. I actually learned for the first time that the lunch at the Korean restaurant across the street is very cheap and comes with a variety of side dishes.

There are some parts showing signs of aging, but it has a clean atmosphere and is equipped with a full set of amenities. Convenience stores and nightlife spots are nearby. For smokers, rooms with balconies are recommended. The balcony rooms are spacious enough for about four people to enjoy drinks together comfortably. The bar on the 7th floor is surprisingly good. Beer costs around 150 PHP, and there are billiards and chess available. It’s slightly cheaper than the many Korean-owned bars in the area. If you’re not looking for the resort feel of a place like ABC, I think this is the best choice.
